When you take your car to a dealership or workshop, they usually offer a 'free wash' and despite turning this wonderful offer down, on occasion, they do it anyway...! This is where these hangers come in handy; When you've spent hours machine polishing your car, perfecting the paint (or paid a professional detailer to do it!), the last thing you want is a dirty sponge being wiped across your paintwork, undoing all your hard work. These hangers display a clear sign to anyone moving or working on the car - 'DO NOT WASH'.
