We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 for 95% of our orders. Customers also have the option to upgrade to APC courier at checkout.

If ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day.
-Standard Shipping should arrive within 48hrs of dispatch.
-Upgraded shipping should arrive within 24hrs of dispatch.

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which is further extended for over the Christmas period during Dec-Jan (further details below).
If the item is faulty, we will have the item replaced or repaired within the parameters of the manufactures warranty.

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which is further extended for over the Christmas period during Dec-Jan (further details below).
If your item is faulty, or the wrong item was received, we will send you a link which can be used to arrange a free collection from your address by the Royal Mail (no printer required). Alternatively, if preferred by you, the link can generate a QR code to scan at your local post office where the item can be dropped off.
If the item is not faulty and you simply wish to return an unused/re-sellable product, then you are liable for your own postage costs. We can send you the link explained above, however please note that the cost of returns postage will be deducted from your refund.
